OnLive! and DataBeam will jointly market and distribute audio conferencing solutions.

OnLive! Audio Conferencing Server

The Audio Conferencing Server provides moderated large group conferencing over IP networks. It is OnLive!'s second generation server software that uses the H.323 standard audio codec (G.723) to provide the highest quality audio while using the least bandwidth of any standard codec available today. The Audio Conferencing Server has extensive moderation capabilities that make it easy to manage large group conferences.

End-users have the ability to "raise a hand" to ask a question to the host. The host can then "pass the microphone" to an individual who is heard by everyone in the session.
